In order to continuously improve our services and our performance, we regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
The most recent survey was conducted in 2006, in cooperation with the Kassel University, and included nearly 400 clients.
- 93.8% of the clients are satisfied and very satisfied with the K+S Entsorgung GmbH
- 94.7% will definitely or most probably recommend the K+S Entsorgung GmbH to others.
